Leviton #5F100-ST mounting plate loaded with 6 fiber optic ST couplings. These have Zirconia Ceramic sleeves and are SM/MM rated. Designed for installation in Leviton fiber optic patch panels. Also fits the Leviton 47612-MMA multi-media bracket (sold separately) to create custom audio/video panels for your Structured Media Center (SMC).
