Leviton 80728-E black power outlet cover. Commercial grade with 2.15" diameter receptacle opening, made of a tough unbreakable thermoplastic which will not chip or crack. Midway size, measuring 4.88"h x 3.13"w, 3/8" higher and wider than standard size covers for use with larger size wall boxes and to hide irregularities on the surrounding wall. Typically used for straight blade power outlets for dryers, ranges, and welders including the following Leviton part numbers: 278, 279, 5206, 5207, 5371, 5372, 5373, and 5374. Features include:
