Leviton RTD01-10A almond Decora rotary fan speed control and dimmer - two controls in one unit. Ideal for ceiling fans with built-in fixtures. Please note: these are bulk packed loose without individual packaging. Features include:

Single pole with full range dimming control
Fan control rated 1.5A; dimmer rated 300W 120VAC 60Hz; for use with incandescent lighting only
Four fan speed settings: Max, Hi, Med, Lo
