Leviton 5050 surface mount power outlet. Typical uses include older ranges that are non-grounded and that require dual voltage: 250V for the heating elements and 125V for lighting/clock/controls. If you have a newer range with a grounded plug (that is, a 4-blade plug), check out our NEMA 14-50 outlets.
