Product Description

Leviton 7098 3-way lamp candle socket. Please note: This socket does not include the cardboard insulation sleeve - you will need to use the existing replacement sleeve or purchase a new one. Bulk packed loose with no individual packaging. Features include:

Rated 250W 250V
Two terminals on bottom for wiring
Phenolic body
Aluminum screw shell
3 light settings when used with a 3-way bulb: low, medium, high
Removable single-leg hickey tapped 1/8-27 - requires at least 13/16" diameter flat at bottom of cup for clearance
Standard removable knob extends to clear 1-13/16" O.D. cup; minimum hole for knob is 5/16" wide x 7/16" long
Medium base E26 socket - accepts standard size incandescent bulbs
Note: 3-way lampholders must be installed so that the bulb will be positioned with the base down
