Pass & Seymour Legrand Radiant Collection 1597TRWRW white self-testing tamper/weather resistant GFCI decorator receptacle with LED indicator on the face. The Radiant collection self-test GFCI conducts an automatic test every three seconds, ensuring it's always ready to protect. If the device fails the test, the indicator light flashes to signal that the GFCI should be replaced. It also has our proven SafeLock Protection feature: if critical components are damaged and protection is lost, power to the receptacle is disconnected. The NEC requires that Weather Resistant Receptacles be installed in wet or damp locations such as porches, decks, and other outdoor locations where challenging conditions can cause premature failure due to cracked covers and corrosion. All Weather-Resistant Receptacles must meet stringent UL listing requirements, including: ultraviolet light exposure, cold impact, accelerated aging, and proper materials for current carrying parts, wire binding screws, and mounting straps to ensure superior corrosion resistance. Residential Grade, NEMA 5-15R, back and side wired, rated 15A-125V at receptacle and 20A-125V feed-through. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo. Features include:
