Cooper 5138V ivory 2-gang wallplate. Commercial grade, standard size plate, measuring 4.5"h x 4.56"w, with one toggle switch and one duplex receptacle opening. Made of a high performance unbreakable thermoplastic material - do not confuse this with regular Residential Grade wallplates which can chip or crack.Features include:

Molded nylon for maximum resistance to impact, abrasion, grease, oils, acids, moisture, fading, and discoloration
Exclusive Screw-Catch feature that holds mounting screws captive and simplifies installation
