Leviton 47605-14P white cover for a Leviton 140 series structured media center (this is the hinged cover with trim ring only - panel sold separately). Features include:

Has knockout for a Leviton 5L000-LOK cover lock (sold separately) to keep your panel securely closed and avoid tampering.
Fits the following 140 series Leviton structured media panels: 47605-14E and 47605-140 panels. Please note that this will not fit the Leviton 47605-14W.
Opens 180? and mounts on right or left side for easy access in any space; snap-in Leviton logo can be reversed for left- or right-hand installation
Built-in precision hinge and integrated design conceal fasteners and hide drywall cuts
White powder-coated steel provides sleek appearance with durability and scratch-resistant surface
Panel should be mounted prior to drywall installation; panel should not be installed in a firewall
